How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your iPhone settings: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → islam+ → Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the period you paid for.
How do I restore my purchases?
In the app, go to Settings → Subscription and tap “Restore purchases”. You need to be signed in with the Apple ID you used for the purchase.
Prayer times look wrong. What should I do?
In Turkey, times are taken exactly from the official Diyanet calendar for the province you are in. First make sure your city is correct: Settings → Location. If you use automatic location, check the Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → islam+ permission on iOS. If you are outside Turkey, times are calculated from your location, and Asr is determined according to your madhab preference.
Prayer time notifications are not arriving
First turn on the Settings → Notifications → islam+ permission on iOS. Then, in the app, choose which prayer times you want reminders for on the Settings → Notifications screen. Make sure Do Not Disturb does not coincide with prayer times. Notifications are scheduled on your device; if you do not open the app at all for a long time, the scheduled notifications may run out — opening it once is enough.
How do I change my city?
In Settings → Location, you can turn off automatic location and select your city manually. You can also reach the same screen on the Today tab by tapping the city name next to the “Today’s prayer times” heading.
The qibla direction is shown incorrectly
Calibrate the compass by moving your phone through the air in a figure eight. Move away from metal surfaces and magnetic cases. If your device has no compass sensor, the qibla is shown as an angle based on your location.
What is the difference between the monthly and yearly subscriptions?
Both unlock the same features: offline Quran audio, memorization mode and learning sync. The yearly plan is better value than the monthly plan and offers a 7-day free trial to first-time subscribers: if you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged. Both can be canceled at any time.
I changed phones and my data did not come over
If you signed in with Apple, your prayer record, settings, dhikr and fasting records, Quran reading record and Discover bookmarks are synced with your account and restored when you sign in again. Your learning progress (lessons, prayer guide, memorization list) is stored in your account with islam+ Pro; if you are not on Pro, it stays only on that device. Records you created without signing in belong only to the guest profile on that device and are not transferred to another phone. Your Quran reader preferences (translation, reciter) and the audio files you downloaded are stored only on your device.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, Settings → Profile → Delete my account. This permanently deletes your account and the data linked to it from our servers and cannot be undone.
